Traditional Chinese Medicine Nutrition or Five Element Nutrition is part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine , a special type of the ancient Chinese art of healing adapted to Western Europe and United States conditions.
Part 2 of the contribution describes the way in which food is chosen and prepared. Food choice and preparation are evaluated in the light of usual nutrition and dietetics.
