Part 2: Challenges to health promotion

Following part 1 , part 2 is devoted to the consequences for health promotion and professional understanding.
Traditional measures of nutritional prevention are discussed. Psychic and sociocultural functions of food intake and the significance of its handling in everyday life are explained. Finally, conclusions for the professional understanding and for the significance of the framework conditions are drawn.
